We offer a 6 month warranty on most repairs, a 1 year warranty on new equipment and a 6 month warranty on refurbished equipment. We can also help with manufacturer warranties if you don't want to contact them.

We now offer remote access repairs. This allows us to log into your system from our office to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. It’s also beneficial for proactive maintenance in that we can periodically check your system for Windows updates and other hardware issues so you don’t have too.
